This year for St. Paddy's Day I made a green cocktail that actually tastes nice because I found some glorious Woodruff syrup, which is by far preferable to wanging creme-de-fucking-menthe in something just ‘cause it's green. ANYWAY bookmark this bitch for a time you need some liquid luck!
B*Witched (After the Greatest Irish Girlband of All Time)
2 oz Writers Tears Whiskey
1 oz fresh lemon juice
1 oz woodruff syrup (I used 0.75 oz as I like my drinks tarte)
Add the above to a tall glass (Collins glass) filled with cubed ice. Top with soda water, and stir. Garnish with edible gold! (Like, buy some already. Life is too short… just make your drinks extra and live like the monarch you are!)
